The followingInformal Walking Meditationis very simple to do. When we are too centered on our own internal dramas, too full of our own subconscious gossip, we become out of touch with the world around us. Rediscover a sense of awareness by going for a walk. The act of walking literally establishes contact with the ground, and the constant input of new images helps break up fixed moods, let in fresh air, and diverts attention from a fixation on problems. |

When we practice Meditation every day, our thoughts naturally become more positive and we think and act with clarity.
Meditation clears worry, fear and all negativity. We become very balanced at the cellular level. Meditation brings balance to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual facets, so that as a total Being we become the creation we were designed to be.

Enjoy this shortMeditative Momentanytime throughout your busy day. Sit in a comfortable, upright and open position. Hands resting on your knees or in your lap. Rest, breathe, relax.............. Breathe life into your mind and body by taking a few deep, more deliberate breaths. Letting go any tension or anxiety on the outbreaths. Relax and rest a moment. Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to the space in front of the eyes. Be aware of your natural breathing as you rest your attention here a moment, |
